Completed 'Winter'!
:
Yay! I took around 3 hrs to shade the 'Winter' sketch this afternoon! (of course i jumped around, dance wildly and sing aloud during the process - for no reason)
I guess its completed. I'm quite happy with it. Fish advice was really helpful as she pointed out that the sketch lacks depth. The medium of the marker was quite constant. (thickness of lines) She suggested the use of a few markers of different medium. She also noticed that the body proportions was out (too long body). I'm really grateful for her advice and I'm glad that my details were done well. I'll improve and draw more! (when I'm free that is)

Winter Is Here!

Yay! I managed to find some time and put in lots of effort to come out with a full 'drawing paper' sized background sketch. It is unshaded at the moment, so plain black outlines and white. How i love 'Winter'. Looking forward to the next theme.
Ok time to do some maths, then play! Cya.

New Manga Theme "Winter"

Wow this gonna be exciting! For this week's SPLA lesson, the weekly theme is "Winter". Finally the seniors decided to get more serious *cough* and requested a fully detailed sketch of every given weekly theme.
So i was planning (somehow the word plan seems to be cursed) to come out with something again. This time it gonna be simple. Here's a preview of a draft that I'm gonna improve and add more details.

Grandma Birthday Party!

Yo! I'm back once again! *feeling high*
Today i went to my grandma's house to celebrate my grandma's birthday. Shes 83 this year, with all the white hair and wrinkles. Every year she looks older and older, weaker and weaker, but she is energetic in the sense that she is filled with life from within. Hereby sincerely wish her a happy birthday again, and hoped she enjoyed the celebration and company today.
After the party, my cousin and i went to play Pool. Its been long since we hang out together and i haven't touched the cue for quite a while. Its really fun and hopefully we will meet out for bowling next week.
Halloween updates: Damn i screw up (as usual) and decided not to draw the intended sketch. *rolls around the floor in frustration* Heres what i came out with instead :
Ok time to doze off after such a tiring day. Aww she's so cute and sweet.. *continue dreaming*.

Halloween!

Ok i know its way past Halloween but the theme for last SPLA meeting was, yeah, 'Halloween'.
Before i start anything, i would like to *cough* talk a little about my wonderful lecturer. Shes got attitude for her age. Every Thursday ill wake up with a smile that lasted till i step into the lecture theatre. I hope things will change for the better. *Like hell it would*
Back to the focus! I've thought about it, the layouts, background, characters and even took a rough sketch on the costumes. I hope it will turn out nicely because i tend to screw up the more i plan. *Blames it on Virgo's perfectionist personality*
